How do I pay?
You can either use your VISA/MasterCard/Switch/Delta credit card (no extra fee due)

Is it safe to use my credit card for payment?
We guarantee safe ordering from TV-Shop. Our system utilizes advanced encryption technology (SSL, Secure Sockets Layer). When our secure server has accepted your information it will be sent to the bank encrypted. Order and address information, however, will not be encrypted. All credit card payments are performed in accordance with UK and international law.

Have you received my order?
If you order from the internet site and receive an order acknowledgement, you can be sure that your order is accepted.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Contact our Customer Service (telephone 08704 111 345) as soon as possible.

Do I receive an order acknowledgement?
Yes, if you order from the internet site.

Has my order been shipped?

What do I do if I want to exchange/return my goods?
Please make sure that you keep hold of you delivery invoice as you will need this should you have to contact TV Shop concerning exchange or refund.You must always contact our Customer Service to have the return accepted and to receive a returning order number.

How can I obtain username and password?
To order from the internet site you need to register as a customer. Add the products you want to buy to the shopping cart and then press the button “Order”. In the page that opens press the “New Customer” button. Then fill in your details and sign up. You may choose username and password to your own liking.

Will a manual be included with the product?
This will be evident from the product description. Some products will also have an instructional video or DVD included. This too will be evident from the description.

How are my goods delivered?
If the goods you have purchased are over the weight of 2kg they will be delivered via courier – if they are under 2kg they will be delivered by Royal Mail.

What if I am not at home when my goods are delivered?
The courier group will attempt to leave your goods in a “safe place” (i.e. porch etc) if unable to do this they will try a second delivery at a later date. Royal Mail will leave a card to make you aware of the attempt and give you the address of your local Royal Mail depot where you will be able to collect your delivery.

Is there a warranty on purchases?
All goods have a one year warranty against manufacturing faults.

Delivery times
We hope to have goods delivered with 5 days – however customers should give up to 14 days for delivery

How is the freight / P&P cost calculated?
The cost is calculated according to the weight of the product. The heavier the product the higher the cost. However, you as a customer will not necessarily be charged double freight when buying 2 or more products if the total weight of the order is still within the same weight limit.
