Customer conditions
It is important that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and that the service you receive meets your expectations. Whilst we do the very best we can to ensure this, sometimes things can go wrong. Please let us know if you have any suggestions or comments so that we can correct faults. 

We give you the right to return the goods within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase!. This will be subject to terms and conditions, so please make sure you read your customer invoice prior to opening the product. Make sure you retain the invoice and the packaging if you wish to return a product for refund. We have the right to refuse products that are not returned in the condition which they were received by you.


[1] Confirmation of Order
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. It will include the following information: - The order number - The items you have ordered - The quantity you have ordered - Item reference numbers - Price per item and the total value of the order. If for any reason you do not receive this confirmation from us you can contact Customer Services to check your order status.

We would appreciate if you would retain the Confirmation of Order and have it available should you need to contact our Customer Services Department, and as a cross check when
you receive the invoice.


[2] Card payment
This is by far the easiest method of payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro credit cards. When paying with your card select the card you wish to use and fill in the card number and the expiry date on your order form. You may buy goods up to a value of £300  when paying by card.

For your security we use SSL protected order forms, this means that the information is encrypted (i.e. coded in such a way as to make the information unreadable whilst being sent) which ensures no unauthorised person can obtain any information you have sent.


[3] Delivery Time
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Should there be a delay in delivery you have the option of cancelling the order. In such cases please notify the Customer Services Department immediately.


[4] Transportation
If for any reason the goods are damaged upon receipt or lost in transit, please notify Customer Services within 48 hours and we will be happy to send you a new product. If goods are damaged or lost whilst being returned for refund we cannot accept liability for the loss or cost of these goods.

(i)Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept return of the product within 30 days for refund (excluding p&p), Refunds and returns are subject to terms and conditions so please read your customer invoice prior to opening the product. You can exchange the goods you have brought for a different size, colour, and another product within 30 days.

Where a product is defective you must return the prodcut before a replacement can be sent. To ensure the smooth return of your goods please keep the invoice and return it along with the goods in there original packaging. Health, Beauty, Music and Video products where the seal has been broken are not accepted for return unless defective (please see 5.ii). If the product is accepted for return the refund of the value of the goods purchased will be credited to the card you used for the purchase.

(ii)Where goods have been delivered incorrectly, damaged or faulty you should return the goods within 30 days.
Return the goods enclosing a description of the fault. If the damage is discovered after our 30 day guarantee period, please contact our Customer Service Department for further advice. Where customers are returning faulty goods for refund our returns department will check goods that are returned as faulty to ensure that they are defective before a refund is issued.


[6] Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed for 1 year against material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee is valid if any article should break even during the course of normal use. The invoice acts as a certificate of guarantee. Without the invoice credit for defective goods cannot be guaranteed.


[7] Miscellaneous
Your statutory rights are not affected.
